Bose Soundlink/ipad-4

AFTER I CLEARED THE IPAD-4 OF BOSE SOUNLINK, IPAD-4 DOES NOT RECOGNISE THE SOUNDLINK AND UNABLE TO PAIR.I GOT A NEW DOWNLOAD FROM BOSE AND I HAVE TRIED PRACTICALLY ALL OTHER INSTRUCTIONS BUT NO SUCCESS. HOWEVER, MY I PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY WITH THE SAME SOUNDLINK. ANY ADVISE WOULD BE WELCOME
