How I Programming New Remote To My Cinemate 2?

How do I program my replacement Bose remote?

To program your remote:

In the Bose Music app, tap the Settings icon. in the upper-right corner. Tip: If the a different product is shown, tap the My Bose icon. ...

In the Universal Remote section: Select TV to program the system to control your TV.

How do I reset my Bose Cinemate remote?

Reset the universal remote.

On the remote control, press and hold a source button (i.e., TV or CBL-SAT) until all six source buttons glow, then release. The button that was held remains glowing.

On the number keypad, enter 981. The source buttons flash to confirm.

Reprogram the remote.
