New Bosh Washer Was 20160uc Does Not Spin After 4 Loads

3 days ago we bought a new Bosh washer WAS 20160UC. After washing 3 consecutive loads the drum stopped spinning both during any washing cycle (the drum did not move) and also during any spinning cycle (the drum did not spin). Frustrated, we asked our supplier to replace the “faulty” washer. They bring a new washer this morning and re-installed it. The new washer, after washing properly 4 consecutive loads, stopped to spin the drum as well. Every washing and spinning cycle goes from the start to the end. Only problem is that the drum does not move. The door cannot be open during the cycles but can be opened (as expected) at the end of the cycle. The water comes in and goes out. A technician who tried to troubleshoot the problem remotely (by phone) suggested that the “door-close-sensor” could get damaged (in both cases) by washing 3-4 consecutive loads. Any idea what could go wrong? Any idea what we, the users, can do to make the new washer work? Is the Bosh washer WAS 20160UC model a reliable machine? Thanks. [email protected]
