I Can't Make A Call On My Blackberry

the first time i used my blackberry curve, there was no problem. later on, i think, i have changed the settings on it. when i make a call, it says that "your call cannot be connected, please check your phone settings". it displays right after it, identity subscription not subscribed, turn feature off and try again.i also cannot receive a call please help me on it..tnx..
