How Do I Upgrade My Boost Mobile Blackberry Curve?

I have had my blackberry almost a year(in feb it will be a year) and it has begun to be very slow. Also i noticed my blackberry has the old set-up

To get the phone to not be slow, you must power off the phone, Remove the battery, Remove the sim card, Remove the media card, Wait 5 minutes, and put everything back in. Second you power on the phone, and it should be good to go. If this does not work, you must download the blackberry software manager that came with your phone,..to upgrade click advanced options, and go to wireless upgrade where it will get the information, and in a few mins it will tell you if you are up for a upgrade or not. Or you can contact your service provider. Hope this answered your questions.
