You would have had to go into your settings and choose the option of backing up your contacts, if you didn't do this, and I'm assuming you haven't stored them to your phone memory, you may have to go through copies of your previous bills. You might recognize some numbers or remember a specific day and approximate time you spoke to someone, or just txt the numbers you don't recognize and tell them the situation.
