Your account pin number is for you to access your online account as well as to verify your account when you are calling customer service. Call 1-866-402-7366 if you wish to obtain your account pin or use this contact page: https://www.boostmobile.com/support/contact-customer-service/

If you forgot your pin then you would have to call Boost Mobile Customer Care and create a new pin. Of course they will verify that you are the account owner. Follow this link, click on forgot account pin, you will requested to provide your wireless phone number inorder to retrive your account pin https://apps.boostmobile.com/boostApp/myLogin.do

you have to call Boost Mobile and reset your pin number. Your pin number is for you to access your online account as well as to verify your account when you are calling customer service. Call 1-888-Boost-4U
