My On-line Boost Mobile Account Is Locked

I will say that my husband often forgot his password for his bank and would constantly be locked out because he had typed in the wrong password or left the caps lock on. But they only made him wait 24 hours and a call to customer service.
The question by the customer service rep makes no sense and was inappropriate. And then to follow it with the automatic text message just rubbed your face in the poor customer service you received.
I hope that by now you have called customer service and spoken to a supervisor about your issue but also explaining the poor service you received.
In defense of the rep with whom you spoke, she is probably required to send that text after every call.
