Go to the coverage map and see if your area has decent coverage: http://www.boostmobile.com/coverage/
If it doesn't, then you may need to consider finding a service that has better coverage in your area. If your area has good covege, then the problem may simply be a problem with local cell towers that will be fixed in a few hours to a day or so.
Things you can do is rebooting, removing the battery for five minutes then putting it back in and booting back up, making sure your account is paid up and activated.
If that isn't the issue, take a deep breath so you don't get your stress level high, and give their customer service another try. 866-434-6296. Average waiting time is about 5 minutes and it is available 24/7. If the person you speak with isn't helping, insist on speaking with a supervisor. Good luck!
