Lost My Boost Phone,would Like To Forward The Calls From That Phone To At&t Phon

I lost my boost mobile phone and need to forward the calls from that phone to an at&t phone number that I have. I would also like to put a track on the phone to find out where it is located at. Is this a possibility and if so, do you have detailed instructions on how to do these things.
