Who Can I Complain To When I Have Been Unfairly Treeted At 1 Of Your Branches

Go to the desk at the actual Blockbuster store and say "I'd like to file a complaint." They are going to persuade you not to, so be very straightforward. Get the sheet and fill it out. The guy at the desk will put it in a box (alongside the many other unhappy costumers :-)!) and the manager will get it. They'll fix the problem and you'll get a refund!
