I visited my local blockbuster 2 weeks ago and the lady there provided excellent customer service.Anyways I was informed by her that I had a blockbuster pass membership and I could get 2 games 1 of them for a week and the other game would be unlimited for as long as I want before I bring it back.However I woke up this morning To find a $27 withdrawal from my account no phone call letting me know it was late or that I had to bring it back this is terrible customer service I was lied to and I want my full refund of $27 posted back in my bank account and I would like to cancel my blockbuster pass account as soon as possible.

Sorry for your problems. Phone blockbuster at 800-406-6843. If necessary you can complain to the Texas Consumer Protection Division at POB 12548, Austin 78711.
