Contract - Altech Autopage

I have taken out a contract at Altech Autopage end 2011 According to my contract my guarantee period is 2 years. I have send in my Cell BB 9300 7 weeks ago for repairs. After 2 weeks my cellphone was apparrently on its way back to me - then it went back for repairs...and Now they want to charge me R655 and tell me that my guarantee is only for 1 year? Please inform me what I can do? I am quite upset and disappointed.
