My Phone Is Stuck On A Black Screen And There Is Red Light Flashing Doesnt Charg
My phone has been stuck on a black screen I rebooted But it didn't work I put it on charge but it isn't working and there is a red light flashing. I called before and could hear the person but the phone is frozen. I also can't take out the battery because I can't open the back of the phone.

Go here for the procedure to remove the battery.
- Remove the back of the phone, exposing the battery.
- Plug in your charger (I don't know if this works with the USB cable....)
- With the red light lit, remove the battery
- After the red light goes out, replace the battery
- The red light should come back on and the phone should begin to charge. Wait for it, there may be a couple of seconds delay before the charging icon shows on the screen.
