Why Won't Dust Go Into The Cup?

My hose is clear yet the dust still gets stuck and won't go in the cup

Hi there! Sorry to hear the dirt isn't collecting in the cup. Dirty filters or clogs can prevent dirt and debris from collecting in the cup. Let's start by checking the filters and cleaning them if needed.

If you're unsure where the filters are located, you may want to download a copy of the User's Guide. You'll need the model number of your machine.
