Bissell Powerforce Helix Turbo Brushes Wont Turn

The brush assembly in these Bissell's has a ball assembly that seems to break after a few months. I've owned several of these Bissells. They are cheap enough and work great -- until they break down. You'll need to buy another brush assembly for $16.
