Brush Wont Turn... Burning Through Belts.

After using the hose attachment for a while the belt burnt through. I opened it up to look for snags or anything keeping the brush from turning and found nothing. Now I dont even see how it turned in the first place... I dont see bearings or anything that would allow the brush to turn! What am I missing here? Please Help!

Sorry to hear the belt broke on your vacuum. The bearings are located in the brush. Does the brush turn freely by hand? If no, you may need to replace the brush.

Here's a quick link to ordering a new brush: http://www.bissell.com/powerforce-helix-turbo/?cid=ccsocial

If the brush is okay, you may want to have your vacuum inspected at one of our Authorized Service Centers. Here's a quick link to locating one in your area: http://www.bissell.com/service-centers/?cid=ccsocial
