My Vacuum Won't Charge. No Power

What type of vacuum is it? Have you checked the outlets, and the cord to make sure there was no defaults? How long have you had it, is it possible it's just had its use and is no longer in working order? I'm like obsessed with vacuums I'd love to help you, I just need more info. Thank you.

Check the dirt cup -- if it's not seated correctly it will prevent the vacuum from turning on. See the user manual here:
