Usage: Desloader (major,minor) Why Can't I Open V7 S

After the upgrade this message pops up (usage: Desloader (major,minor) ) ,and the software no longer opens. Is there a patch for Windows 8, and how do I get it?

Bernina has only tested and confirmed up to v6 of the Embroidery software on the Windows 8. You can download the service pack directly from here. Also consider upgrading NetFrame to the latest version.
