The Second Thread On My 800dl Overlocker Keeps Breaking. I Re Thread Then It S

I am frustrated at the 2nd thread constantly breaking.  I re thread and it sews fine for about 1" then the thread breaks again.  What am I doing wrong?

I had this problem and the company that repaired it said it was because, in error ,I had pushed the Selection Lever forward into the Roll Hemming position. My Manual refers to that lever on page 26.

You have to start from scratch and re thread the overlocker again in sequence ...you cannot just re thread the one broken thread or this will continue to happen.

This was my first lesson with this overlocker.
