There are three options to file a report:
  • Call the AT&T Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET.
  • During off-hours, call us at 800.288.2020. AT&T customers and non-customers can report using this phone number.
  • DSL, Internet, Phone, and U-verse TV customers may report using Live Chat support.
