Go here for the latest driver; with XP being the latest. You should try installing the driver using Win 7 compatibility mode.Right click the .exe & select comp. mode & choose xp.

Hello, Belkin does not seem to provide support for version 3; however, a user on this forum thread claims that they've installed the card on a Windows 7 computer and it's working for them, so hopefully it will work for your computer too.
