Cannot Connect X32 Rack To Pc X32 Edit 3.1 App Via Wireless Or Cat 5.

Please assist as it appears thr x32 edit software is flawed as no buttons highlight for use in networking set up. it just seems dead whether on cat 5 or wireless. for Windows based software what app should we be using or what is the fix? x33 edit 3.1 is the only option showing on website for the x32 rack pc option.

Verify that the proper connections have been made. Your computer should be connected to the X32 via the ETHERNET port in the REMOTE CONTROL section.
Restart your computer.
Open the XControl application.
Go to Setup>Network. The computer's IP address is shown.
On the X32, press SETUP and tab over to NETWORK. If the computer's IP address from step 4 is, for example, 192.168.1.1, set the X32 to 192.168.1.16.
Go back to the XControl app and set the IP address for the X32-Control so that it matches what you set on the X32.
Press connect. Your XControl app and your X32 should now be synced.
