Beats Pill Not Powering On

I have a beats pill + that won't indicate it's charging when plugged in and won't turn on. Is there anything I can do

If you're having issues with sound, Bluetooth, or charging, try resetting your Pill.

Reset. The Pill is ON. Press and hold the "b" button and the power button for 10 seconds. ...

Updates. If you've reset your Pill and you're still having problems, check to see if there is an update for your Pill using Beats Updater.

Why is my Beats Pill Not working?

Turn on your Pill. Press and hold the "b" button and the power button for ten seconds. The LED lights next to the power button blink red and green three times

Reset and delete settings

Use the Lightning to USB cable to plug your Beats Pill+ into a power source.
Turn the speaker on.
Hold down both the "b" button and the power button for 6 seconds.
The Fuel Gauge flashes red 6 times.
Your Beats Pill+ is restored to the settings it had when it was purchased.
