Debit And Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a card which is both a Debit Card and a Credit Card. If I use it solely as a Credit Card for purchasing will I have to pay Debit Card Fees when you start imposing them. Sincerely, Halit A.R. Soyer
