Boa Website
I cannot access my BOA account on line this morning from both my home computer and office computer. When I called customer service the message stated there is a long hold time. Can you please confim there is a problem with the BOA web site? Thank so much

Please be aware that this is HelpOwl, not BOA. We have no way of knowing whether the site is down or not, but there are other reports of inaccessibility in the Northeast. Friday morning is a bad time for online banking. :-( Everyone gets paid on Friday; the major US banks transmit their investment funds on Friday; everybody's withdrawing money on Friday. It's just a traffic jam. If you wait an hour, it will be much faster/easier to access.
