How Can I Get Access To My Account Because I'm Being Denied Access

B of A's customer service dept. told me I cannot have access to any of my loans or information until all my loans are current. As a result, I don't know what my balance is on any of my loans (almost 100 for real estate mortgages). I believe it is illegal to deny me access to my own account information. I need to have my access reinstated regardless of my loans' status.
