Fore Closure On 4884 Oak Run Drive

When is this going to be fore closed on?? They are renting rooms in a neighborhood that does not allow this and the people are just scum I want an answer to my email account [email protected].. This should have been fore closed on a long long time ago the association is sueing you for grounds fees as the squaters are not paying a dime towards anything the pool is bright green it is infected and I am contacting the board of health about this before some one goes swimming in it and kills them selves with bacteria!!!!!!!!!

You may be able to find out by going to the county clerks office and asking who the owner of this property is currently. If the owner is a person, it has not gone to foreclosure. If the owner is a bank or an investor such as FNMA/HUD or GNMA or FHLMC you can get 800 numbers for the investor or bank and call them to make them aware of the situation. Also, you should definitely call the city, county and state regarding the squaters. One or more of them will investigate, file a code violation against the property and cause some action to take place legally.

I know this info from working at a call center for BofA. Foreclosures can take forever when the owner refuses to be involved, but you as a citizen can make something happen by following the directions I outlined above.
