Activity Alert On An Email From You Date 10/30/17

I received an email from you today, 10/30/17, and it is about a Debit Card, but do not know what Debit Card we have with Bank of America. I also checked my Experian Credit Report & do not see anything on it or any Debit or Credit Cards we have with you.
