Bank Of America Alert Email

I received an email from you today and the Subject is Bank of America Alert, irregular Check Card Activity. I do not know what check card we have with Bank of America. I did check our credit report with Experian and did not see anything wrong or questionable. Please advise me what check card is in question because you put a freeze on our account. I do not know a company name & just used the top one "1 and 1".Thank you for any help you are able to give me.Douglas Lindberg
