How To Recover An Altered Bios On A Asus X54c, With Mobo Revision 2.1 ?

The situation appeared after resoldered the power jack on the mobo.The Power, Num Lock and Caps Lock leds are green, but not the hdd activity and wireless leds. At the power on, the dvd-rom start automatically, searching probably for the right bios on the cd. I've tried to put on a cd the latest bios, with or without afudos utility and an autoexec.bat edited accordingly. Niether the bios recovery from an usb stick worked. I can't hear any beeps during recovery process (if any). After all this, nothing has changed. Can anyone help, please ? Thanks in advance.
