After my research, I did not find any compatible keyboard backlit of your Asus U43F online. Some of the available accessories for this model are battery, regular keyboard, mouse and other. You should also try to visit the store that sells this laptop model.

Unfortunately, this model does not come with a backlit keyboard. However, you can purchase those adhesive flourescent glow in the dark stickers you can put on your keypads. Here is the link below
