Light Of Power Button Of My Laptop Is Turned On But Widows Doesn't Come Up.

I have an Asus laptop with model No. of A42JP with having core i7 Intel processor and size of 14”. After 2 and half working years now it has problem. Once I turn it on and use and then shut it down or hibernate it or it sleeps then if I push power button , light of power button will be turned on, light of hard disk won’t be turned on and monitor will show nothing, windows won't come up and after a second fan of laptop starts with high speed and nothing else happens and I will have to switch it off. If I again try to turn it, the problem will be repeated unless I leave it for a long time as one or two days then It may be turned on properly. Nowadays it is one week that every day I try to turn it on but the mentioned problem happens. I have done the following things for checking:1. I removed the hard disk and again tried to turn it on but the problem occurred again.2. Also I removed RAM of laptop again the problem happened.3. I gave to a company which declared that they can replace any failed instrument equipment of laptop with its origin one. But they said maybe its motherboard should be replaced and it is expensive and also is risky for this model because again this problem may happen for new motherboard in this model.4. I send mail to Asus company but they didn’t answer me.
