How Do You Remove The Outer Door On An Asko D5893 Dishwasher?

Removing the 2+3+3 screws from the bottom and sides of the inner door, which works for other models, is not enough to release the outer door on the D5893. With the screws removed the outer door is still held firmly in place by the top-edge cover for the buttons.
