Macbook Air
Can anyone tell me their experience with the Macbook Air? I am considering it for a new computer for college, but I don't know if I should go with it or a windows computer.

It's not Air vs. Windows. My choice was between Mac Air and Macbook Pro. Both good options, but I went for MBP because it has twice as much memory and RAM for less cost, plus more connections, plus CD-ROM drive. Air is "cooler" and much lighter, but the other factors counted for more.
Windows? Never crossed my mind.

There is no contest. Mac laptops are far superior. Easier to run, you can fix it yourself, no drivers, no viruses, no spyware, no registry errors, no problems. I have owned 6 Macs in my life, including an Air and I have loved them all. Never had one in a shop. EVER. Say that for a Windows machine. Longer battery life. Biggest complaint is that there aren't enough Mac games; just install Boot Camp and Windows and you can play all the Windows games you want. For me, the answer is so obvious. I don't understand why anyone has a Windows laptop!
