Refund Ticket Put On Another Credit Card

Need a refund on unused ticket letter from doctor provided if necessary ticket was charged and going online I cannot go any further as it was not my credit card and my ticket info is there but I did not use it the other party used their ticket & I cannot reach anyone to talk too very

If the ticket is refundable or if the ticket is nonrefundable but the airline allows a refund with a doctor's letter, the refund would go back to the original form of payment. They will not refund it to another credit card.

I recommend you call American at 1-800-433-7300 and ask for a representative to help with your question.
