Report Fraudulent E Ticket Confirmation?

I received e ticket confirmation for two tickets to fly from Columbia to Dallas and then Las Vegas for two men I never heard of, supposedly purchased on a credit card. Was this a clerical error to send the information to me, or am I victim of identity theft?
