Does Price Of Ticket To Spain Include The Luggage?

We have booked tickets to Spain for March 2011. Does the round trip flight ticket cost include the price of the 50lb luggage and a the free 30Lb carry on shoulder luggage, or ? Expedia told us we should check with American Airlines as they don't have that information. Your answer will be appreciated.
