No, you can't. Names on airline tickets are non-transferable meaning they can't be changed to another person or used by another person.

If you're unable to use the ticket, you may have options to change the ticket or use at a future time (usually within a year from purchase). Call AA at 1-800-433-7300 and ask them what other options you have in order not to lose the full value of the ticket purchase.
