Amana Washer Model Ntw465oyq: Electrical 'back Feed' Issue?
Amana Washer Model NTW465OYQ: Checking to see if an electrical "back feed" issue (or defect) has been reported for this washer. It functions okay but causes unusual power fluctuation throughout the house. We had our electrical and solar systems tested and they check out. The washer has a dedicated circuit, but there's something that causes poltergeist light pulsation when the washer is on. Very weird.

It's common for some appliances when they first start can cause some light dimming. The is caused by high current demands on your electrical service. Since I don't know what amperage breaker box you have so I can't be specific. One possibility is that your washer motor may be faulty & drawing more current than it should.
