Alcatel One Touch Phone Battery For Model A845l Phone

My Alcatel One Touch, MODEL A845L, purchased in March, 2015 has stopped charging so I cannot use it. I suspect the battery has expired. I cannot find a battery anywhere to match this phone. I need help in resolving this problem. I ALSO DO NOT SEE THE A845L MODEL ON YOUR WEBSITE so I'm a very confused customer. Please help. Thank you. What number might I call if the phone has to be returned under the terms of the warranty? Or what are the procedures for having the phone replaced under the warranty. It was less than 4 months old when it ceased to operate.

The battery for the model is available here - you can source directly from Alcatel aswell. You however can go via your retailer for warranty claims (1 year) for a free battery or device replacement.
