Screen Totally Black After Accidentally Adjusting Brightness To Zero
My battery is almost drained, around 7% and not able to charge due to black-out on our place. So in order to save battery, I lessen the brightness of my phone. But I accidentally swipe it to the lowest brightness and then screen turned totally black. I know that my phone is on because there are sound clicks when i push the power and volume button. I also tried to connect to PC, it detected the phone but unfortunately it didn't read the files on my phone. No folders and everything, and when i checked properties it just shows general info of my phone. What is the matter with my phone? Can somebody help me to fix this problem? I am using Alcatel One Touch 5020A. Pleaseee help. Thanks.
