People Can't Hear Me When Making Calls

I have a Alcatel A382G and when I'm trying to make or receive calls no one can hear me, but I can hear them.

Hello if people can't hear you during calls then it means the mouthpiece is faulty, you either need to replace it or have it check for proper wirring.
