Prior Family History Requires Me To Have Periodic Full Colonoscopys Am I Covered
My brother died of colon cancer and I have had in the past cancerous polyps removed durning my colonoscopy which is as a outpatient in a hospital under anesthesia. So is this just a wellness claim or is it a regular treatment claim that I should submit for reimbursement for Hospital, Doctor, anesthesiaologist,surgery costs.
