2008 Acura Tl Wipers Turn On When Releasing Brake

I can't find any info on your issue but I think there are two possibilities. When the brake is released the vibration may be causing the wiper control contacts to power the wiper motor momentarily. The other is a possible short circuit in the wiper wiring. My advice is to allow a local shop to trace the electrical problem for you.
