Windows Error Recovery

I have a ACER ASPIRE AX1200-U1640A, and when I turn it on I get a message "WINDOWS ERROR RECOVERY" I have tryed every step that it tells me and it keeps going back to the same page, will the SYSTEM RECOVRY DISK fix my problem or not?
