My Acer Aspire Z5600 Desk Top Won't Let Me Insert A Cd. Any Suggestions?

The CD/DVD drive of your Acer Aspire Z5600 may not be working properly. This requires replacement of the CD/DVD ROM using the compatible drive. However, the replacement part is not available for purchase online.
