Start Up Laptop
When I start up my laptop it just comes up with a windows boot manager page and says windows has encounted a problem
status:0xc00000e9
info: an unexpected I/O error occurred
then I press enter and a windows error recovery page comes up and says
launch startup repair
start windows normally
then I press launch start up repair but it just go's back to the boot manager page. how do I fix this?
