My Comp Isn't Letting Me Open Any Programs
My comp isn't letting me open any programs or anything it just keeps on have this one program pops up that says Internet security 2013 (I think this may be a virus) and it runs a virus scan and these same viruses shows up and they don't seem to be real viruses or viruses that would be on my laptops and when I try to run any other programs a message pops up in the toolbar in the bottom right side of my desktop that's tells me can't run that program massive viruses detected run the "Internet security 2013" and the icon for the Internet security 2013 is a badge shape with windows icon. PLEASE HELP ME

It sounds like you've got a rogue virus on your computer. Don't panic, this is comletely something you can resolve. It pops up like that with spamware, trying to convince you to buy their product by trying to convince you that your computer is infected. There are lots of sites online that help you follow through various steps to remove it, but if you need one, here is a helpful one: http://www.ehow.com/how_6889985_rid-rogue-virus.html. You can also look up on youtube how to do a removal, there are various methods that work.
