Video Slow

Hi, My Acer Aspire V3-571-9423, which I bought only two weeks ago, has become really slow. Especially when I want to watch a video online. The problem slowly got worse as it was getting slower by the day. My internet is fast enough. So I would like to know what I can do to get the speed back again and enjoy watching videos online again, as well as streaming. Thanks, Roelof

Your computer is just infected by virus, you need to reinstall the os and also install the latest anti-virus before you go online because other websites are loaded with virus so you need the anti-virus to protect you.
